1. Scope

This policy covers the SPY8 public website and the SPY8 console (the area reached via the [spy8] login). It explains what data each part handles.

2. The public website

The marketing pages (home, features, pricing, FAQ, etc.) are static content. They set no tracking cookies of their own. The contact form collects only what you type — name, email, subject and message — and sends it to the site’s support mailbox.

3. The console

• Account data — credentials and profile details you create at sign-up.
• Request data — the mobile number, selected modules, token cost and status of each request you submit.
• Token balance — your package purchases and per-request deductions.
• Payment data — payments are processed by the configured gateway (Razorpay, PayU or Cashfree); SPY8 records only the reference, amount and status for verification.

4. Monitored-device data

Module content (chats, calls, messages, location, media) is surfaced inside the console for authorized requests. SPY8 displays this data to the account holder; it is not sold or shared for marketing.

5. Retention

Access-completed module data is held for a limited window and cleared automatically when the session expires. Request history (modules, tokens, status, timestamps) is retained on your account.

6. Your rights

You may request account deletion or a copy of your data via the contact page.
