1. The service
SPY8 provides a family-safety and digital-monitoring console. Access to features is granted through token-based requests that unlock the eight data modules for authorized setups.
2. Eligibility and authorization
You may use SPY8 only where you have legal authority and the required consent — see the Responsible Use & Consent page, which forms part of these terms.
3. Tokens and payments
- Token packages are prepaid and priced on the Pricing page.
- Each module deducts its fixed token cost once — when the request is submitted.
- Tokens do not expire and are not transferable between accounts.
- Payments are processed by third-party gateways; SPY8 does not store card details.
4. Acceptable use
No unauthorized surveillance, no harassment, no circumvention of consent controls, no resale or sharing of access. Violations may result in suspension without refund.
5. Availability
The platform is provided as-is. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; module support can vary by device and operating system.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPY8 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
